I always have a liking for Jap food and of couse Sakae Sushi has always been my number one choice. It is also known for its reasonable price range (esp. buffet),well at least from my point of view.
Sakae Sushi dinner buffet is only available at selected branches. Thus, Janice dear  and I went to Sakae Sushi @ Hougang Point for our dinner buffet. It's only $20.90+++ for adults. Being SIM students,we will be able to enjoy our buffet at Youth rate ($15.90+++). I just got my SIM student card on the previous night. Janice dear hasn't got hers yet thus unable to enjoy the discounted rate (blame it on the postman!).
But anyway, at the end of the buffet, we foot a total of $44.60.
For buffet, we got to enjoy unlimited coloured plates, 1 red plate and 1 pink plate, complimentary bowl of Kitsune or Wakame and a portion of dessert. That's alot and i love it!!
I can't afford to miss out my all-time favourites: Tamago Nigiri, Potato Salad Inari, Fried Maki, Fried Hotate, Kakiage, Potato Croquette....
they were just my "appertizer". hee..

Janice dear ordered Soft Shell Crab Crepe. We were far too full to continue with our pink plates,so.......
having my sweet tooth with me, i'll definitely not miss out my dessert. and we got our ice-cream (feeling contented). But somehow, we still prefer the mochi which Sakae Sushi used to serve as dessert.
 look at Janice dear, she looked as though she's going to gobble her Tako Yaki up.
but in fact,at that point of time, we were struggling to bring the food into our mouth. we had far too much food in our stomach. we tried not to waste our food ya.
 look at the plates and plates of food + empty plates. they are just partial of our meal though.

oh yea,did i mention, i like the computer food ordering system so much that i will request seats whenever possible to where the screen is working. =)
